Hotel Policy

The Room Rates are in Rubles per room per night for single occupancy. Double occupancy is for additional 1500 Rubles.

The Room Rates are subject to 18% VAT, include buffet breakfast, WI-FI,  free access to the Fitness center (gym, sauna and swimming pool). 

• Non-guaranteed reservations are cancelled at 16.00. Reservations can be guaranteed by credit cards or advance payments. In case of no-show the first night is subject to charge.
• The Hotel reserves the right to change the rack rates without prior notice
• The Hotel provides its clients with a visa support  upon request on the conditions that  reservation is guaranteed.
• Cot for children 0 to 2 years will be provided free of charge.
• Extra bed costs 1500 Rubles, subject to 18%VAT.
• Pets and birds are not allowed at the Hotel.
