Hotel Policy

The Room Rates are listed in Rubles per room per night for single occupancy. Double occupancy is for additional 1500 Rubles.

The Room Rates are subject to 18% VAT, include buffet breakfast and free 24-hour access to the gym and indoor pool. 

• Non-guaranteed reservations are cancelled at 16.00. Reservations can be guaranteed by credit cards or advance payments. In case of no-show, if guaranteed reservation was not cancelled, the first night will be charged.
• The Hotel reserves the right to change the rack rates without prior notice
• Upon request the Hotel provides its clients with visa support when reservation is guaranteed. Names of guests, birth dates, passport numbers, citizenship, date of arrival and term of payment should be indicated.
• Cot for children 0 to 2 years will be provided free of charge.
• 100% discount for children 2 to 12 years old, sharing parents room.
• Extra bed costs 2000 Rub. , subject to VAT.
• Pets and birds are not allowed at the Hotel.
